Ashtanga yoga is a challenging and effective sequence of poses that develops strength and flexibility and improves your overall well being. 

Kiri has 20 years experience teaching ashtanga mysore style and beginners. She teaches with an understanding of the ashtanga yoga tradition and attention to individual needs. She was authorised Level 2 KPAJYI in 2011. She now lives and teaches in Gisborne and travels to teach yoga retreats and workshops around New Zealand.
