I have over 20 years experience teaching ashtanga mysore style and led classes. this has given me an understanding of the ashtanga yoga tradition and how to pay attention to each students individual needs. She was authorised Level 2 KPAJYI in 2011. She now lives and teaches in Gisborne and travels to teach yoga retreats and workshops around New Zealand.
